Summer Heat Wave and Rising Concern Over Climate Change & Environmental Issues

U.K. temperature surpassed 40°C (104°F). In the United States, hundreds of million people are under Weather Service heat advisories or warnings Tuesday in different states.  In the USA, Dallas reached around 107 °F Wednesday. The US and much of the world are currently facing extreme temperatures.

With rising concerns over heat waves, Europeans nations have already started talks of tackling climate change. As climate change is pushing temperatures to levels higher than ever estimated, the global community is worried over climate change and its possible impacts and consequences.

Is Climate Change Responsible for Heat Wave?

The Spike in summer temperature and record higher heat level in different areas of this planet has convinced many of us that global warming is a byproduct of climate change. Many world leaders and climate researchers have suggested that the current situation is a consequence of climate change and a climate emergency should be declared and necessary actions should be taken to address this issue.

Climate activists like Greta Thunberg and Al Gore have already stepped forward and warned the world that the current heat wave is an alarming sign of a possible climate crisis in the future. The scorching hot across the globe and rising temperature has definitely brought attention to the world again for climate and environment issues.
