A powerful earthquake of at least 7.4 magnitude struck Taiwan on Wednesday April 3rd, 2024. Strongest in 25 years this massive disaster has taken lives of 9 people so far, dozens trapped and 900 injured.
As the updates of casualties and damages are yet to come, here we are some helpful information regarding who is helping in this moment of need and how you can help the victims and survivors of Taiwan earthquake.
Who is Helping to the people of Taiwan amid earthquake
Rescue effort is going on and along with the Taiwan government international communities are also concerned and helping the people and communities in need of help.
From the United States, the president office and Biden administration has stated that it is monitoring the earthquake in prepared to offer necessary helps, aids and assistance.
As per the Taiwan Redcross, the Hualien Red Cross Disaster Relief Team are rapidly mobilizing to minimize the impact and provide assistance to those affected.
