Mind, Body, and Soul are 3 common, yet powerful assets we all have. Even though they are 3 different terms, they are interconnected in a million ways. They form a triangle, around which our mornings, days, and nights revolve. Connecting these bodies is a key to mindfulness. These 3 bodies must communicate with each other so we get to experience the best version of us every day. There are various approaches to carry out so that we can enable these bodies to get connected. ‘The Morning Meditation’ being one of them.

Why Morning Meditation?

Morning Meditation, these days are considered to be a powerful activity that is showing too many positive impacts in people’s life. This activity is at increasing trend among wide range of population with varying age group. From teenagers to youngsters and from adults to elderly, we have seen all of them incorporating it in their daily routine.

The beginning of the morning is the opening of the day. Everything around is slow but rising. This gives you plenty of time to decide how you want to feel for the rest of the day because you are not completely  "ready." Morning meditation keeps you toned out for the entire day. It prepares you for anything that you might face that day. It is the best time of the day to declutter your headspace with the sense of your responsibilities and your workloads. It is the best time to give to yourself. You need to realize how grateful you are by appreciating the little things around you. You have to take a moment of silence to notice how you feel, start the day with peace, and keep stress at bay as much as possible.

Your morning routine significantly influences the rest of your day. Every day can be a good day if you want it to be, and the morning meditation will give you a boost to start your day energetically. A short 10-minute meditation nourishes your mind, body, and soul. With such meditation, you give yourself the attention and energy you deserve and need to get through the day, no matter what. Studies have found that engaging in mindfulness practices, also known as meditation, early morning improves psychological functioning and leaves us feeling joyful, energized, and generally well-being.

Mornings are the ideal time for you to set everyday aims and track down the will and inspiration to experience the day ahead through mindfulness.  Setting up a nice, invigorating morning routine doesn't take much time or energy. You can select activities that help you to find yourself and make use of them, whatever your needs are. Some days can feel the same at work or at home with repetitive tasks. We can grow accustomed to the same routine and eventually find that we are moving almost subconsciously, which can make our daily lives monotonous.  There's going to be more exciting days, just as there's going to be more stressful and challenging ones. It's because we don't always wake up in the same mood or with the same energies, that each day deserves a new beginning to receive everything it has been prepared for us.
