Israel-Gaza War and Conflict: How to Help Affected People?

Almost every day we hear about the consequences of Israel Gaza war. Whether it is about Gaza hospital being in 'catastrophic' state as Israeli attack, or about the terrible fact that half of Gaza's buildings are damaged or destroyed, whether it is about the pain of families of Hamas hostages, or about Gazan children orphaned by war, we feel shattered to watch condition of more than two million is sheltering in Rafah. Every person with the kind heart in this planet right now wishes for this war to end.

Thousands of people in Palestine and Israel have lost their lives because of this conflict so far. World needs extreme measure to stop this conflict and ameliorate the situation rather than letting it go in the direction of destruction.

How Can We Help?

These acts of violences have raised concerns about the possibility of a wider conflict between Israel and Gaza and possible humanitarian crisis because of this. World leaders and international communities have expressed their concerns for the families affected.

With this increasing tension, the innocent civilians are being the victims of violence caused by it. International organizations have announced their pledge for support and help the victims of this war.

For instance, Save the Children has announced urgent appeal to keep the lives of children and their families safe amid the crisis between Israel and Gaza.

Where can you help to support the people affected by Israel war?

Different international organizations have appealed for help. If you are looking for the right place to donate or support for the victims of the war in Israel and Gaza, you can proceed by joining the hands with the initiatives of following international organizations.

American Red Cross

Red Cross and Red Crescent teams are helping the people affected by Israel and Gaza war and who are in drastic shortages of necessities such as medical supplies, fuel, water and food.

International Rescue Committee

IRC has been assessing the needs of relief by the war suffering people and making proper response to the humanitarian crisis.

World Center Kitchen (WCK)

The World Centre Kitchen (WCK) has been helping the people of Gaza stripe with emergency food relief. Due to recent attack on their workers, the organization has suspended their relief program in the region for now.

World Food Programme (WFP)

The WFP is giving important food help to folks in Gaza and the West Bank. The WFP is very worried about the worsening situation in Israel and Palestine, and how this conflict is affecting regular people. So, the WFP is asking for donations to support the people in Gaza.

Save the Children

Amid escalating violence between Palestinian armed groups and Israeli forces, Save the Children has appealed to help them meet the needs of children.

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)

ICRC has been providing support in Israel and the occupied territories. ICRC calls for immediate protection of civilians after horrific violence.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is helping with surgical and inpatient services in Gaza, alongside the preparation of a donation of medicines and medical supplies for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
