Pandemic, War (Russia-Ukraine) and Our Peace of Mind. How Meditation and Volunteering Can Help?

From the past few weeks we see the news of the Russian invasion of Ukraine everywhere. The tragic scenes of humanitarian crisis and incompetence of the world leader to control such situation are both saddening and outrageous for all of us.

Especially when the world was ridden by the almost two years long ordeal of COVID-19 pandemic , the new global crisis caused by the Russia-Ukraine war is definitely making our days stressful, regardless which part of the world we are living in right now.

Meditation in the Days Global Stress Caused by Pandemic and War

With us hearing the tragic news of global conflict and crisis, our peace of mind is becoming very crucial. Meditation can heal us from the trauma caused by these events of stress and conflict.

How Meditation Can Heal Our Situation

The reality of the world is there is something that we can do and something that we can not control, despite how hard we try. Putting ourselves in stress can decrease our ability to think rationally. In times of global crisis, it is very important  for each of us to stay in our peace of mind so that we can take care of ourselves and others in need.

Russian-Ukraine War: Importance of Volunteering and Humanitarianism in Such Times

In the time of global crises like war and conflict. It is very crucial for us to take care of each other. Those who are in a relatively better situation should lend helping hands for those who are struggling.

In current situation of Russian invasion over Ukraine, we have seen many individuals relentlessly trying to help the people of Ukraine in each and every possible ways they can. Though there are many limitations to volunteer for Ukraine for now, humanity has always found it's path to help each other. That is and should be the basis of the entire evolution of humans.
