15-Day Meditation and Yoga Everest Trek Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Arrive in Kathmandu, where you will be greeted by our team and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore this vibrant city. In the evening, we will have an introductory yoga and meditation session to set the intention for the journey ahead.
Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)
Start your adventure with a scenic 35-minute flight to Lukla. From there, trek to Phakding, a beautiful village nestled in the mountains. We’ll end the day with a meditation session by the Dudh Koshi River, preparing ourselves for the journey ahead.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Today’s trek will take us through the Sagarmatha National Park, crossing suspension bridges and passing through pine forests. We’ll reach Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest, by late afternoon. After a challenging day, unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session.

Day 04: Acclimatization Day in Namche (Hike to Everest View Hotel)
To help our bodies adjust to the altitude, we will take an acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel, where you can gaze upon Mt. Everest. Afterward, enjoy a restful afternoon in Namche, exploring the market or relaxing.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m)
Our trek today takes us to the spiritual heart of the Everest region—Tengboche Monastery. This serene place is perfect for meditation, and we will spend time soaking in the peaceful energy of this sacred site.

Overnight: Guesthouse in Tengboche.
Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m)
As we ascend higher, the landscape becomes more rugged, with stunning views of Ama Dablam and Lhotse. In Dingboche, we’ll take it easy in the afternoon, using yoga to stretch out any tight muscles after the long day.

Day 07: Acclimatization Day (Hike to Nangkartsang Peak)
We’ll spend the day acclimatizing by hiking to Nangkartsang Peak, which offers panoramic views of the Everest region. After the hike, relax and recharge with meditation in the evening.

Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m)
Today’s trek leads us past the memorials of fallen climbers, a sobering yet inspiring reminder of the majesty and power of the mountains. We’ll settle into Lobuche, nestled in the Khumbu Valley, and enjoy a grounding meditation session to reconnect with the present moment.

Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and Return to Gorak Shep (5,190 m)
Today is the big day! We will reach Everest Base Camp, standing at the foot of the world’s highest mountain. After taking in the awe-inspiring views, we will return to Gorak Shep for the night. In the evening, we’ll meditate on the immense journey we've undertaken.

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,555 m) and Trek to Pheriche (4,240 m)
An early morning hike to Kala Patthar will reward us with incredible views of the sunrise over Everest. Afterward, we’ll descend to Pheriche, reflecting on our accomplishment during our evening meditation.

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Retrace our steps back to Namche, descending through rhododendron forests and Sherpa villages. The trek today will be a long one, but we will end it with a relaxing yoga session to restore our energy.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2,840 m)
Our final day of trekking takes us back to Lukla. The trail will feel familiar, but the sense of peace and accomplishment you will carry back is something new.

Day 13: Flight Back to Kathmandu
