Please share your experience with FDIP program
I came to Kathmandu to get closer to Buddhism while also getting out of my comfort zone. I had great experiences both traveling in and outside of Kathmandu but within the monastery meeting and teaching the children. It was not exactly what I pictured. I did expect more older monks, but I found working with the children extremely rewarding. Narayan was a fantastic host. His family was very inviting and had me over on multiple occasions.
