This whole experience has been beyond welcoming, informative, and an authentic cultural immersion. From the easy navigation of your online website, to the Communication with the staff. As a professional leader overseeing more than 400 employees, I am extremely impressed with the thoroughness of your organization. In particular our guide/ host family, Narayan. The ability he has to communicate in different styles while interacting with multiple volunteers is a rare quality that cannot always be taught. His natural compassion for Nepal, life, people, and knowledge in all honesty set the tone. Narayan ensured all volunteers were taken care of from before even getting to Nepal, until flight home. I will be recommending your program to any who ask. The warmth, and open approachability of my host family, especially on my first Solo volunteer trip will be unmatched.
