A Peaceful Journey of Mindfulness and Buddhism

A Memoir of Spiritual Traveler of Himalayas

A Peaceful Journey of Mindfulness and Buddhism

Traveling beneath the Himalayan ranges, experiencing the peace of Tibetan desert, it was one of the most remarkable moments of my life.

In this journey of peace and spirituality, I didn’t only explore some of the most pristine places of earth, but also met the people who live pretty different lives than that I used to see around my places.

With the monuments and landmarks that I observed around, I could see most of the communities in these Himalayan regions follow Buddhism. I could see the flags with Buddhist mantras, prayer wheels with Tibetan scripture and Buddhist prayer humming inside the monasteries.

Watching some of the monasteries located higher than 3500m in Altitude, it was an incredible vista to behold.

The soaring sound of the wind when you walk across the river bank flowing just in between the valley surrounded by white Himalayan mountains, this sight is something that word alone can not describe. That moment not only enthralled my eyes but also opened of my soul to experience entire new world of spirituality.

I met lovely people, I went closer to the nature than ever before, I saw Buddhism practiced in some of the remotest part of the world. Overall, this journey of mindfulness brought me closer to my peace of mind.
