Justin Bieber just announced that he has the Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that can trigger facial paralysis to the victim. The Canadian Singer posted a video on his instagram handle and announced this neurological issue had now obliged him to take a break from his regular works and he canceled all his upcoming tours.
