India Orphanage Childcare Volunteer Program

India is frequently referred to be a continent rather than a country. India has an unequaled spectrum of landscapes, cultures, and people, stretching from the frigid tops of the Himalayas to the tropical greenery of Kerala. Your recollections of India will flame brightly long after you've left its borders, thanks to its exquisite blend of customs, spiritual beliefs, festivals, architecture, and landscapes. India is famed for its cultural variety and vastness. The Taj Mahal, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and India's most visited attraction, is located in the county. India has a lot to offer travelers, from beautiful Indian Ocean beaches to the snow-capped Himalayas, the central highlands, and the Thar Desert.

You will provide orphans with new vigor as a result of your assistance. It will be an ideal venue to share love, generosity, and efforts with children, in addition to working in an orphanage. This is your chance to make a significant difference in the lives of those in need while also having the unique opportunity to discover and immerse yourself in this dynamic and culturally rich nation. By participating in this orphanage volunteer program in India, you will be assisting various orphanages in providing children with a secure, safer, and happier life. Your love and commitment for children will help them reconstruct their lives for a brighter future by providing educational support and extracurricular activities.

Volunteer’s Roles Responsibilities and Activities

When you volunteer in an orphanage in India, you'll teach English as well as other courses like geography, history, music, computer skills, and arts and crafts to the children. You will also give free time activities such as playing music, singing songs, drawing pictures, and a variety of other creative activities. Volunteering at orphanages in India is a highly worthwhile endeavor. Your work will enable youngsters to reclaim their life, learn new skills, and build a better future for their children. Your enthusiasm for teaching kids English, life skills, and extracurricular activities will help them find work and raise successful future generations.

Arrival and Orientation

Our staff will pick you up from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and take you to your community house or host family. You have the remainder of the day to relax and experience India's warmth. You will meet your coordinators and fellow group members in a formal setting. During the orientation, you will learn more about India and your program. You'll go to India later in the vacation, which is noted for its waterfalls and natural beauty.

Accommodation

The communal house has the capacity to hold 10 to 15 persons. Gender-specific dormitory rooms are provided in a hostel-style setting for group lodging. Each of the leaders of the groups has their own sleeping quarters. The dining and living spaces, as well as the restrooms, include Wi-Fi. Host families may be given as an option, depending on the size of the event. Our host family have passed extensive background checks, have been a part of our program for several years, and have been highly recommended by former participants. On request, upgraded accommodations are available.

Free Time Travel Activities in India
